While we generally serve the Atlanta Metro Area, which includes The City of Atlanta, Fulton, Dekalb, Gwinnet, Clayton, Cobb, Cherokee, Douglas and Forsyth, we do cover all of Georgia during disasters.
There is no simple answer to that question, since it depends on your specific insurance policy and the type and cause of the damage to your property.
As of the moment we arrive we keep you and your insurance provider in the loop of every measure we're planning on taking and the associated costs. This way it is always clear what work is being done and who is paying for it.
This is something we try to prevent as much as possible.
However, since safety is our number one priority, there are situations in which it is better for you to temporarily relocate. If parts of the structure are instable for example, or if heavy chemicals have to be used (always in agreement with all interested parties) for cleaning or anti-microbial purposes.
