What happens when you contact us
- 1. When your call comes in we start by gathering information from you. During this call we will make an appointment to have our representatives come over for an inspection at your property within 1 to 2 hours.

- 2. A fire damaged property can pose serious health and safety risks. That's why the first thing we do on site is assess whether the structural, airbourne and debris risks allow our team to enter the site safely. We will always follow any instructions provided by the fire department or other regulatory agencies.

- 3. During the initial inspection we assess the extent of the damage, how much of the property can be remediated and if so, how the restoration needs to proceed. Some materials and items will need to be replaced and others may be able to be salvaged.

- 4. Following the IICRC S700 standards our technicians will go over your options with you to getting your property back in its pre-loss condition. Timelines, cost and remediation strategies will all be discussed with you, so you can make an informed decision on how to move forward.

- 5. The type of fire and smoke remediation work depends on the exact type and extent of the damage. Small fires with minimal damage may only require cleaning of materials, removing soot and eliminiting smoke odors. When more extensive damage is done, structural repairs are generally needed. In this case we involve the right specialists to get the job done.

- 6. No matter how big or small the fire or smoke restoration job is, we will make sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way. A restoration project like this always has multiple stages and we want to make sure that you're satisfied with the process before we move on from one phase to the next.

- 7. Once the entire fire restoration process is complete, we will perform a thorough check to see if the goals we set have been met.
