What happens when you contact us

  • 1. When your call about microbial growth or mold comes in, we start by gathering information. During this call we will make an appointment to have our representatives come over for an inspection at your property within 1 to 2 hours.
  • 2. Upon arrival we perform a walkthrough to assess the situation and document our findings with pictures, videos, and any additional information you can provide. Based on the walkthrough we will determine the right course of action to remediate the mold, taking into account any health risks for your family.
  • 3. Once the source and extent of mold is determined a plan is created. This plan will address how the mold will be remediated, what antimicrobials will be used, what needs to be removed and/or replaced and whether the mold can be contained in an area where the work can be done, or if the occupants (including pets) must vacate the premises.
  • 4. The remediation process usually involves fixing the source of the water/moisture, preventing the spread of contaminants, removing damaged items and structure, cleaning affected areas and using hepa-approved vacuums to remove any leftover moisture and mold residues.
  • 5. Applying antimicrobials to the affected areas before and during the process will be done when needed. After the biocide has had time to work and fully dry, some areas may be encapsulated with special paint or whitewash to cover any lingering mold spores.
  • 6. After the contaminated areas have been remediated, we do a thorough check to make sure the problem has been fully resolved. For high risk individuals or extensive mold jobs, the IEP will come out and complete a final independent clearance test to provide peace of mind to the property owner and occupants.
  • 7. Now that the problem is confirmed to be fully gone, any repair work can be completed by our qualified professionals. After the job is finished we will check in with you to see if you're still satisfied with our service and happy with the result of our work. We always strive to meet or exceed your expectations!
