I was fortunate to be acquainted with Paula Charles before a pipe burst in my closet, and she was my first call. I'm an insurance agent, and still my first call was to Flood & Flame. “5 stars!!! I didn't realize I had a leak in my roof which had allowed hidden mold to accumulate behind the drywall in my wall and ceiling and around the window in my living room. I had some symptoms of mold exposure and a friend told me to contact Andrew at Flood & Flame to do some mold testing for me. He advised me that they could look for signs of moisture and mold for free, saving me the cost of paying for a mold test, which I really appreciated. I had family coming into town to stay with me so I asked them to get things finished asap - the team fixed the problem with the roof, removed all the rotten and damaged walls and cleaned and replaced everything. They did everything for less than my deductible cost. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I really appreciate Andrew and Gio and the whole team at flood and flame. Super professional and helped me understand everything throughout the whole process!”

“Running a successful fitness gym in Buckhead requires both clean facility and clean air. After an upstairs office had water issues, I was concerned about possible lingering moisture and mold growth affecting my gym space in the building. I hired Flood and Flame Restoration to inspect the facility, and they were extremely thorough. Using infrared cameras, moisture meters, and even a borescope for hard-to-reach areas, they checked for moisture and mold. I also had them conduct air quality testing in the gym. Throughout the process, Paula and Gio explained everything clearly - what they were doing, why it mattered, and later walked me through the mold report results in detail. What impressed me most was their professionalism! “We had a washer leak upstairs that flooded into our downstairs. Initially we were stressed about lasting damage from the leak, however Flood and Flame responded quickly and helped us understand the level of damage (which was minimal!). They were extremely communicative throughout the process and we were checked on daily until the effected areas were fully dry and ready for use again. Additionally, they were able to refer us to a reputable handyman to help us get out laundry room back in order. Truly appreciate this companies honesty and communication!”

“I've been an agent for years. Throughout these years, I've had countless restoration companies stop by my office asking for referrals. Typically I don't have enough trust in them to send anyone; but one day I had a customer with a family of ten come back home from vacation to a flooded home. I recalled Andrew's promises and reached out, and to his word, him and his people were there in less than an hour. They actually beat another competitor that had set an APPOINTMENT the day prior with the insured!!! This was the first of many times they have gone above and beyond since. “Paula and Gio did an inspection on our house from top to bottom. They identified three different areas where there was water/moisture in the walls which was causing mold. I also had some fears about a shower area upstairs but after inspecting it they assured me that area was not a problem. They also recommended a company to do some drainage work that needs to be done before they fix the indoor problem. They were wonderful to work with, explained everything in detail and in a manner that was easy for this senior citizen to understand. They have my complete confidence...and business.”

“Paula and Giovani were beyond amazing to work with. My wife discovered some trace signs of mold in our sunroom while preparing for a holiday dinner party. Since she is very sensitive to mold we immediately called Flood & Flame to see what needed to be done. I sent them the pictures and Paula told me they would be out the next day to assess the damage and provide an estimate for remediation. The technician, Giovani, took his time educating us on the source and explained the process. Within 4 hours the problem was removed and the source identified. They were prompt, professional and more than fair. So fair that they billed me less than the initial estimate because Giovani was so efficient and took less time than anticipated to remediate the issue. He removed the affected areas with care and precision to assure the repairs were as minimal as possible. I can't recommend them enough if you want quality work done at a fair price by an honest company. They really took their time and put my wife at ease that the problems were properly removed”

“I never thought I would ever experience a flood inside my house from a hurricane or any other cause. It was the most horrific scene. Seeing my floors and belongings covered with polluted water scared me to death. I contacted F&F early morning after Hurricane Helene passed throughout. I couldn't have been more relieved when they came, and in a very efficient and knowledgeable manner drained and cleaned up the mess. They were very polite, efficient and honest about my situation. We speak spanish and it was a plus that one of them spoke it as well. We definitely recommend them if you ever face a flooding issue.”
